REPENTANCE PRAYER: Dear Heavenly Father, I come to you now and humbly ask for your forgiveness. LORD, I confess that I'm a sinner and I've broken your Holy Law. I realize that the penalty for sin is death. I believe that JESUS CHRIST suffered and died on the Cross to take the punishment for ALL of my sins. I think we all have similar feelings and have reacted instead of responding like we should on certain posts. If I feel a nudging from the Holy Spirit that something wasn't nice I go back and delete it. Takes awhile but I get it done. When it comes to rapture I read the Lord will tarry! Till then I'm learning to occupy till He comes. Ease up on yourself child of God we're a process in the making. Trust your relationship with Jesus (not defined by others) it's not a competition. We race against our own self. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, keep on walking. Thank you for sharing!

Great to hear from you, brother. I appreciate you sharing what's going on with you and how you feel about it. I'm also the older guy at work and at the age of 56 have started the process of looking for a new job and in a college town with a huge supply of students who can work part-time and without benefits.---I'm Protestant but heard a Catholic priest quote what someone else said about the devil: "...whom he cannot make bad he makes busy". I'm busy with my own needs and with those of a family member I assist but because my job is insufficient in hours and money my life seems to have no center around which other things fit. I'm already exhausted and don't at all like the idea of making major decisions and having major change at this season in my life but I'm having times of getting quiet before God to ask for direction and wisdom; what I'm to be doing short-term and long-term in my life here. (Proverbs 8:17-21 is an important passage of Scripture for me.) Sometimes I pray, "Lord, what is the plan for today?" As you and I and I'm sure many of your viewers know, we have only today and there may not be a tomorrow. 36 years ago today my father died in a head-on collision with a coal truck. He was hit from behind on an icy patch of road and the approaching truck driver was going around a curve too fast and was over the center line. An ordinary day was my father's last day and the day had only just started. My father never said the name of Jesus unless he was cursing and he never said the name of God unless he was cursing or speaking in error.---I'm weary of people saying the Rapture is going to happen in the next month or next few days. I've come to believe that the Rapture will happen on a seemingly arbitrary day and I'm focusing on simply doing what needs to be done each day. I think of the Rapture as what I call the great interruption. Brother, may you and me and many others be strengthened and encouraged as we seek "...first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness..."

Thank you! The pastors at my church have just finished a series of sermons on prayer and lately I'm particularly aware of how God changes things because of prayer, that our prayers matter and are heard. "The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much". (James 3:16b)

Don't give up. Many of us are feeling like you are. We are at the end of the race. Just like runners we have to encourage each other and lift each other up when one of us stumbles.

i can’t believe it either. begin to come to pass, this generation shall not pass. it’s all confusing. i have had to not invest the same hope to protect my heart and that makes me sad. those that seek him most are hurting the most. sending love, your honesty helped me.
