How do you keep the hydrangeas from wilting?

We will make a bridal bouquet a day or two before the wedding and will place it in the cooler until the flowers are needed for the event. As we arrange the bouquet, we use quick dip on the hydrangea stem which helps keep the hydrangea hydrated. And then the arranged bouquet is placed in a vase of water in our cooler to keep it fresh.
