That is awesome reminds me of when I was young I went into a friends house that was very poor but their house was beautiful inside, found out later on that they couldnt afford sheetrock to cover their walls so it was all done with thrown away cardboard boxes and then textured and painted. You could not tell, it was just as pretty as any other house! Her dad was an awesome builder.

@@lisakurt2001 Yes, same thoughts and all that packing paper for safety I threw away. I began to seriously think of doing something worthwhile since Amazon started to use very strong cardboard. Could it be chipboard though? I'm open for the challenge even though I'm 81 and working at ground level is not going to be easy.

I was planning to make a doll house for my doll but thinking about the materials needed, as most of the people will use wood/PVC board to make it and they are heavy and expensive😢 And now I saw your video and got an idea from your cabinet! Paper boxes are more recycled and much more cheaper than other materials! Thank you so much 👍🏻💙

Hi, Yeah, it can be a great good-looking substitution as props or furniture. One tip To achieve a real wood looking is to wrap it with contact paper (adhesive paper) with wood grain design.

Es el mueble más iendo construido que he visto tan solo una pequeña sugerencia la tapa trasera si la pusieses alotro sentido quedaría mejor pues se notan un poco las líneas del cartón,a lo mejor al sentido contrario no se notaría tanto del resto se ve impresionante.

the glue is Resistol brand, but it can be any.

Una sugerencia q te haria...para que quede mas liso el fondo y todas las partes en general...seria bueno dar manos de enduido luego de la cartapesta y lijar con lija fina...con dos manos de enduido creo que se disimularian las imperfecciones propias del carton. Luego impermeabilizar y dar la pintura de acabado...hasta se podria laquear...es solo una idea que se me ocurre para que nadie adivine que es de carton!! Saludos 😊🤩
