Let’s Make A Home Puppet From Welcome Home

Hello everyone! I really enjoyed making this Home puppet, I hope I can make more puppets in the near future! I have 2-3 more projects planned for the rest of the year. Plushtrap is next, and then possibly something from a ps2 game I like. We’ll have to see! As always, I’m taking suggestions for more characters to make (horror theme is preferred but not required), so let me know in the comments who you’d like to see!

Just started watching you and oh my god! You do amazing with the designs, how you create things, and I love how you use the foam! I have always been wanting to do puppetry and animatronic crafts but have never found any inspiration besides very expensive options! Thank you so much for the lovely comment! I really loved what people did with customising Furbys, but Furbys are kind of hard to come across and they’re usually pretty expensive. But I see FurReals pretty much everywhere that has secondhand stuff, usually for under $6 (for the smaller ones) It’s a really fun hobby and while all the different materials can add up, there’s a lot of variety in the animatronics and it’s a great time! I’d definitely recommend getting into it if you want to! And yeah, I didn’t have a dice bag with me, but I play D&D on my craft desk so that’s where I kept my dice for a bit

I heard in one of your videos you said you have Tourette’s and once damaged your muscles or something because of it? I once did that or at least just strained them super bad once. Aaa thank you so much!!! Yes that’s me! And that’s awful, I hope you’re doing okay. I feel like people rarely talk about muscle strain or injuries from repetitive tics. I’ve hurt my arm/shoulder pretty badly before (nothing too serious) but my arms, shoulders, and neck basically always hurt because of my Tourette’s. Magnesium really helps with that, and so does the physio haha And thank you, I’m really glad that you like the stuff I make! I have so many different series that I want to make stuff from I’ve never thought about how many videos you’d have to make before hitting 10k subscribers (which is SO many people. So many, how did this happen), but 24 videos isn’t many at all! I was just kind of making stuff and posting whatever, so thank you! 😭

I also love how honest you are, about your supplies and craft. Now make sure you don't put those supplies to far deep into cream, otherwise those will be lost to the dimension of darkness.

I accidentally set the volume super low so you could barely hear it! And I didn’t notice because it was fine on my phone, and I set it to upload while I was asleep because that’s when most people are awake. So I didn’t notice and I just woke up and saw comments about how the volume was really quiet, so I removed the old one and reuploaded it louder! I use CapCut to edit and I don’t think they have a built in way to see dB, so there was a bit of trial and error involved 🥲

You would not believe how many comments I get about it. I get mine from Bunnings, but any hardware store should have it! It’s sometimes called contact adhesive, as well. Good luck!
