How to make a Ramen (egg) noodle bowl/ramen broth bowl with chicken, baked mushroom, pad Choi and a runny boiled egg. This is a really simple dish that makes for a quick and delicious dinner!
You can adjust to your taste but I used:
1. 500ml chicken stock
2. 1 tbsp soy sauce
3. 5-7g dried mushrooms
4. 1/3 tsp miso paste
5. 1/2 a knob of ginger (grated)
6. 3 small garlic cloves (grated)
7. 1 flat mushroom (baked at 180°c for 25-30 minutes)
8. 1 medium egg
9. 1 chicken breast (seasoned with Chinese 5 spice and salt)
10. 1 nest of egg noodles (or use ramen lol)
11. Pad Choi
12. I Garnished with spring onion, radish and sesame seeds
