Yes a new ALB ASMR Popin Cookin video right at bedtime! I am listening to this with no headphones right now and for me the mic volume/sound is fine. I think the white noise background could be turned down a little but it might just be because I don't have headphones right now.

I think I've seen a tutorial of something like this on NHK World Kawaii International. I've seen them do tutorials on making breakfast and lunch for kids using rice, scrambled eggs and other items to create things like a teddy bear. I'm looking forward to seeing what you'll make.
