I finally feel inspired and want to harvest some of my recent magazines and make dolls for the new art journals! Come along! It's a nice long video where I harvest images, chit chat a bit, then we make some dolls to go in my art journals in the future!

I find it very interesting how you look thru a magazine and harvest the photos. You have a very creative eye- you see what things can become, instead of what they are. I dont have that gift, so its fascinating to watch.

I do not have that gift! It is a LOT of hard work and just doing the collages, too. The more I magazine collage, the more I see pieces that could be other pieces. But, I know I am missing a LOT of good stuff in those magazines...practice, practice, practice!

Love how you can flip through a magazine and have a vision. Not sure why but I struggle when it comes to creating from a magazine. Great seeing how you put things together. 🤙

I struggle too! You just can't really tell! 😂 You just have to do it enough that you start to 'see' that way? The more I do the more I can see little bits in the pages that I couldn't before. but I know I am missing a lot when I flip through these magazines!

@@TheHalfassCrafter I really want to. I struggle with wanting my art journaling n crafts to be perfect and just right bit this to me says its like a no Brainerd type thing n do it to still n be creative without the worry of having to be perfect.
