This is not a russian tank. This is a soviet tank. This tank was developed in the USSR. The design office was located in Kharkiv - now Ukraine.

I have recently completed Miniart kit (Zavod 112, 1945 pattern). I see so many familiar solutions between the two plastic kits. I think it is personal decision of choosing either RFM or Miniart. Technically they seem to be on the same standard (in terms of ease of assembly).

Maybe soviet, not russian t-34. T-34 was created in Kharkiv, ukrainian city

the tank was made in the Soviet, the direct heir to the Soviets is Russia, and therefore the Russian

These are an expensive brand of kit, what makes it better than cheaper ones?

Very nice build, but I have to say it again as I did in someone else's video - this style of twisting/screwing tow cables is just terrible...results are gross and absolutely unrealistic. No offence mate, just trying to help you to improve your work...get yourself Eureka XXL tow cable set with own resin eyes, or just buy their wire in needed diameter and use cable eyes from the kit as you did here. It will make a huge difference. Good luck and have fun 🙂

Just to add to the corrections- commanders hatches facing wrong way round, they need to be swapped over. Hopefully you can do this without too much difficulty and damage. The periscope on the rear hatch should be the hatch at the front. Good clean build otherwise. I would get this kit from the video and the job you can do with it.

Impossible to make it correct again. Already bonded and painted all. Anyway thanks for your kind explanations.^^

That's bad luck.Hopefully it won't be that obvious. Only anoracks like myself will notice it! I hope you had fun with the build and thank you for sharing it.@@plamodelstudio

@@plamodelstudio Uhh, technically speaking, it's not even incorrect - the cupola assembly can be rotated so it's fine as it is :) That said, if you ever run into a similar issue in the future, it's relatively easy to unmount a part after it was bonded - you just need some more Tamiya to soften up the bond and some gentle pressure (and optionally - a hobby blade). I takes a bit of practice to get the hang of that trick, but it's easy enough to practice it on leftover parts or sprues. Plus it could be worse you could do things perfectly and then realize that the kit manufacturer made a ton of stupid/unforgivable mistakes (*cough* Italeri's Korean War T-34/85 *cough*).

Nice build , but that RFM kit as a 174 is terrible and it's a 44 model NOT a 45 as it doesn't have the mushroom air vents or the one piece commanders hatch on the cupola the 2 features that make it a 45 model .Also the tow hooks are wrong as the manlet you put the right cupola choice though. In fact when it comes to what makes a 174 Ryefeild are clueless the screw up virtually all the defining features they even miss out the hull plant ons for the track pins , the one piece that gave every t-34 its iconic sound on all there T-34 kits. The other thing the colour if it's the same as your thumb nail it's massively wrong they only used 4BO from 42 onwards so every 34/85 is in that colour not the protective green in the thumb nail that was 39-41 as that's a mid 44 build.

Yesterday I completed the same kit. I have several notes. You made a mistake, the mount of the external fuel tank is upside down. The rod on the mount and triangle buckles should be facing up and not down. The towing cable is very unrealistic - too many wires and extremely over winded.

So if the author made a mistake, then i cannot tell it because i have no youtube channel? Man, you're crazy. Look at the real tank photos, the mistake is obvious and has nothing in common with my modelling skills.

@@2amberror Nothing wrong with pointing out an inaccuracy, but it would be nice to give the modeler some support for his or her efforts. A lot of effort was put into the making of this video, don't be all negative, give this person some credit at least. Maybe you should try making a modeling channel and show everyone the way it should be done. Stay safe and have fun with modeling.
