Ha! Taking note of a safety issue and then doing something that doesn’t increase safety but FEELS better is so my style, as well.

Love this video. When I saw the plastic skull, all I could think was, "On your head!!", so I love what you did with it. Maybe more (black velvet covered) padding to make a nest for your head? Whatever; the ties are beautifully positioned. What a fun set of projects!

I love vicariously watching all these nice fabrics, patches, yarns etc. I love to get more into crafts when I have more time, which is likely never. Watching someone doing it scratches that itch.

"Things are nice". Couldn't agree more, especially when they can also be turned into OTHER nice things.

Maybe hand sew a hair comb into the back of the scull to help secure it? It's going to be back heavy with the horns so you might have to weigh the middle to counterbalance? I don't know, it's a mystery that looks great. You could decorate it with flower garlands for spring. Well done with the holiday apparel. All the best of the spooky season to you and yours. Congratulations on the honeymoon. Sounds like it was a wonderful time. - Cathy (&, accidently, Steve), Ottawa/Bytown/Pimisi

Hey Cathy! Hope you had a great Halloween. Ours was good and the rain held off till all but the older kids were out! Oh and it was warm so the kid didn’t have to layer!

@@robintheparttimesewer6798 Hey Robin! That sounds like a perfect Halloween. I missed seeing any little goules, but I did see university students dressed up for a night of shenanigans. And no, no layering up here either - the sexy fill-in-the-blank girls got off easy.

Yay, you’re back 😊 Glad you had an amazing honeymoon! I love the kimonos you brought 😊 I couldn’t help but smile at your pet void kitty ❤ the best part of autumn is that they get their winter coats and are extra plushy and snuggly 😊

I relate too much to the "honeymoon but 5 years late", I hope you had a wonderful time. I also hope you feel better soon! I think my favorite project is the pink cloak, it gives me some ideas. The vest also turned out super nice, glad you decided to make the bias binding!

Stuff is nice! I enjoy looking at others stuff the fact that I can’t get the same is also fine! Most of my cool stuff comes from thrift so I’m used to that concept. All your makes are lovely. The skull hat is fun. I’ll have to remember that if the grandson ever comes up with a similar thought!

Happy Hallows Eve! Lovely to see you, and even lovelier that you had such a great time in Japan. (not so great, whatever requires blood thinners--sending all the good health energy your way) I like all your projects, but the skull is inspired! I wonder if you have any ball cap that you could separate from the brim, and just use the round dome part as a base to attach the skull to, then attach some strings to the edge of that fabric to help secure it in the position you want. (I'm not sure this is as clear in writing as it's in my brain--sorry)

Attaching the Ram Skull to a close fitting coif that covers your neck could give you the support you need. If additional support is required then perhaps snap attachments to a mantle with elastic under the arms would be very secure. Could also be very dramatic depending on your choice of material.

Welcome back! This whole time I was like, “I hope Ash is okay, they probably got sick after their holiday.” Mostly because I felt weirdly burnt out after taking a month’s leave and just started to recover creatively and just is life😅 loved your lil projects. Personally I’m going to pretend spoopy season extends November

Congrats on getting to celebrate your Honeymoon! ❤ But I'm sorry to hear about the health struggles, so not fun. Thanks for a fun & cozy video. Here's hoping I can pattern out my night pants that I pulled out two days ago. I am mentally and creatively motivated, but my infusion took all my energy & oomph. At least I'm not on a time table. Thanks for keeping me company.

6:26 - must pay proper tribute to the void! I'm occasionally hearing a high, quiet ringing sound, and I'm not sure if it's the microphone or my speakers. (It does stop if I pause the video, so it's not anything else on my end.) All these projects turned out looking really nice! I think my favourites are the bat cloak and the jumper, because autumn tends to put me in a mood for cozy things.

I'm also getting weird sounds, almost a spooky soundtrack but I don't think its intentional and I do prefer plain audio

This was such a fun and cozy video, good to see you back! I really loved the jumper, and the lantern was such a quick and easy glam-up that I’m tempted to go do it myself (I really don’t need a lantern, though. 😅) I was curious about the vest - it’s not a style I’ve seen before, but it looks a bit reminiscent of traditional Korean clothing. It looks so comfy!

Yeah… I had a catastrophic systemic clotting issue happen a couple of years back, and bloodthiners are better… 😂 But bloodthinners ARE a hassle, and combined with severe psoriasis can give a REALY good halloween look, but not so fun rest of the year… (hurray for modern medication that can relieve that too, and keep us alive and kicking abit loonger :) )
