I can't stand everyone buying Cards, and saying that there is too much Base Cards. That is what you are buying when buying Cards. You are buying the Base cards to put together the Set. The Inserts and Parallels are Bonuses. If you don't like Base Cards, find a Product where you like the look of Base Cards.

So why can donruss basketball show the team name on there jersey but donruss baseball never shows the team name on a player ?

Because Only Topps has the Official License in Baseball, that is why only they can show the team Logos. If a Panini product is not licensed, they don't have the Logos, and if you look closely, they Airbrush out the Team name on the Jerseys, and Airbrush out the Logo on the ball caps.
