What is your opinion on making your own army faction?

Are we talking making a Homebrew army?? I'm all for it! I have 2. The Bjørn who are Primaris Space Wolf successors inspired by the Boston Bruins. And the Spectres. Alpha Legion successors from an unknown founding inspired by the N7 squad of Mass Effect.

Let me add, I personally always like when a homebrew Chapter has some solid lore. It's not necessary, but it helps me accept the idea of the homebrew chapter. I get a kick out of Lore
