Let's paint on a rainy day! NEON FX Spray Paint Art

Humidity makes a big difference when you are trying to spray paint. Had a little issue with my rubber gloves sticking to the tape handles on my lids. BUT...it all worked out! I think this painting looks great and can't wait to put it under black light. Enjoy!
