Use Gum Arabic with this... tiny bit ... it will be smooth as silk

But if you add too much water it will rub off. So maybe adding some gum Arabic would alleviate that. This is one of my favorite gold paint that mimics gold leafing.

You need the gum Arabic in order for it not to come off. That's why it's used in some watercolors as a binder. There's cheap gum Arabic too, I think jaquard isn't too expensive. This pigment looks beautiful btw!

Craft central has a gum arabic You should try it next time maybe the colors won't come off again

Isn’t this pigment gorgeous? I really enjoy using the rich gold shade. It’s very opaque and looks pretty on like colors as well. A little goes a long way. The good thing is it reconstitutes with water really nicely. Thanks for sharing! 💖
