Very helpful. I'm a little confused on the upside down flip though. Was that a flip or was it part of a flip? Thank you for showing each of them though.

No worries! You just need to hold the slingem upsidedown and flip it any way you like for that one, as long as it lands!

they are weighted so quite easy for gravity to pull it down fun with the right people though

Forward flip was wrong has to do a full rotation
