The fermented silage is NOT processed by the compostmachine. Just throw in the silage straight from the land, or grass or sugarbeets or anything else. That's all you have to do and wait for about one or two processing hours and the compost will come out.

Instead of using the valuable Silage to make compost, use cheap straw. Also, the compost is not "Instant" it takes a while for the machine to make after you put in the straw. You can see how much straw you have put in, by walking up the ramp you used to dump the silage. The machine at the top of the ramp on the right. (You were standing on it, and had F1 open, but were on top of it, so it did not show you the ratio). Hit "F1" to restore the help box, and it will show you percentages of straw to compost.

I have seen videos of this "compost mod" and some uses straw to load into the plant. I guess you get less compost if useing straw to silage?

Hi Dagger, nice vid as per. With the side panel (assuming you haven't already) goin through the windows calibration smoothes out the operation of both joy stick and wheel /pedals. Also you can invert Y axis and remap tool open (tilt to you and me) which makes the joystick even easier to use. Loading cycles are great to get it smooth. keep up the good work lad .

You need a muck spreader and put some mods on your server when it's up

If you have the joystick on your right, if you pull it towards you/move it left it should tilt the bucket upwards, basically joystick towards you = top of bucket towards you

then when u got a trailer full of compost u put it in the heap in front of u when u tip the silage in and i think that the sell point but not sure it might be where u store it

It's better if it's inverted, as that's the setup that all loaders have. It's the same as plane controls, pull towards you to pitch up, away to pitch down. left to curl in, right to curl out

One of the Bratner trailer mods accepts compost and there is a compost trailer. Unless you have the compost in one of your storage sheds/bunkers it will not show up on your inventory. Farmerat75
