It's merely ceremony. The royal family are simply a living tourist attraction nowadays and do public events all over the world. The queen can stop any law being made she just doesn't. On the issue of being drunk on a plane. You will get drunk faster as you have less oxygen in your bloodstream due to the less pressure. Planes are pressurized but only to a certain atmospheric pressure. They are usually pressurized to about 8000 ft. 10-12k feet is when supplemental oxygen is required for non pressurized aircraft. If I remember correctly.

This really reminds me of what Let's Plays were about. Just playing a game and finding something fun to enjoy themselves. Free Plays are a lot better than any forced idea in my opinion. However most would agree GTA itself has been played to exhaustion.
