No. Being totally oblivious to the game's basic mechanics, not wanting to learn simple things, not being aware of the closest surroundings, not having an ability to think at least a bit strategically and doing totally random things that sometimes may work but usually end up bad doesn't mean that she is chaotic. She is just bad at GTA. Ryan is chaotic. He can act good and play nice and then out of the sudden fuck everybody's shit up on purpose. He knows what he is doing and why he is doing that. Sprunking can be chaotic. Loosing on purpose and flying a plane into others can be chaotic. Hitting a fucking wall at full speed instead of slowing down and turning or doing the same mistake over and over and over and over and expecting different results is being bad or insane.
