I'd blame KZbin for the framerate. I remember hearing KZbin can do 60 fps now, but I have yet to see a video use it. Likely AH don't record at 60 though (although I think this game is 30 anyway), as they didn't want to have even more enormous video files and KZbin only recently supported it.

***** Not to mention that the console itself runs at 59.94 fps. We use the same tech as they do and it records in the frame rate it is output in so TECHNICALLY they record at 59.94fps (same damn thing as 60) even though the game runs at 30 fps. On top of that they are viewing screens that run at 59.94 fps so if they were to record the video in 30fps then their commentary would eventually de-sync as the recorded video moves slower than the video they were commentating. Let's make this a trend: Dumbest thing I've ever done in my life? Trying to move a car but doesn't put it in park. I was going to mow the lawn that day because the grass had been growing a week longer than it should had and someone's red jeep was in the way. I asked for the keys to move it and started to drive carefully in reverse but couldn't due the wet grass and mud. So after setting the jeep in what I thought was parking, it was in neutral and was cruising down our back lawn into a tree leaving a big bump on the hood.
