What do you mean by CEO? Like VIP work, warehouses, or vehicle cargo? Because the CEO warehouses are some of the worst methods in the game for money. VIP & vehicle cargo are good tho and can be easily done solo

I recommend buying a bunker. Sell stock at 125k to LS, and close the game completely if someone attacks. Buy the 2 value/speed upgrades when you can spare the money, then sell at 175k. Bunkers are great for passive money while you do something else, just check on them often. While you wait, buy a vehicle warehouse. These give you 80k profit for each high end car and can be done in ~15 min. You randomly source a standard, mid range, or top car, but if your warehouse is full of standards and mids you only get top range. If you dont have enough yet/want money in the meantime, do VIP missions- Headhunter, Hostile Takeover, and Sightseer are the best and can be done in invite only sessions. Use any armed aircraft you have, or if you have to just find a buzzard at any helipad

The CVR123 there are ways to get into a public solo session so you can do all the VIP/CEO work you wan without having to worry about Deluxos and shit coming to kill you. There are simple guides online to make it work.
