What you do as the hunter in Human Labs is: 1) Keep your flashlight OFF 2) Use your minimap to navigate 3) Go to likely hiding places and let auto-aim find people for you

You can lower the brightness in the single player menus, and it carries over to multiplayer, sadly you cant lower it in the multiplayer menus.
