I purchased a digital copy yesterday for Switch and really enjoying JP on SNES and the first Genesis game. A few things to note on JP (SNES) the red cross on med kits was colored green do not to tick off Red Cross, characters faces were removed from the messages that pop up on screen and references to Kenner toys were removed, despite all of this the game is still fun.

Oh man!! All the early promos didn't include the Genesis games! I'm sooooo stoked that they inlcuded them!! Asked my family back in the USA to send me a copy to JAPAN for my Switch :)

In the NES game you get into the buildings with key cards that you can only attain by collecting all of the eggs in each area. Once inside you access computer terminals to either open gates or finish some levels. Rinse and repeat. It can get tediously time consuming. Still got fond memories of playing this as a kid back then. I still own the cartridge, in fact.

​@CollectJurassic I got one question to ask you on Jurassic Park for the SNES Why is there 2 T-Rex in the Game for the SNES The first T-Rex is near the forest with that letter E On the ground. And the other T-Rex is in the east forest But I'm Totally confused Why is there two of them in the game?

@@turok4977 I’ll give an easy answer for you. You might not believe this but in game logic they are meant to be the same T.Rex that apparently teleports into either one of the two locations off-screen whenever Grant happens to occupy them. So they’re purely an in-game mechanism in two spots of the map to create a one-hit kill obstacle for the player to avoid. Either that, or you can just pretend that they’re the equivalent of Buck and Doe from TLW. :p

I saw this online of jurassic Park Super nintendo gamebox and on the back of the box Of a screenshot That it shows you that you are being chased by a T-Rex And I saw a glimpse of the visitor center Sidewalk on the screenshot on the back of the box. Why did I make a screenshot like that? Because that does not even happen in the game. Where the T-Rex While passing through the visitor center. That does not even happen in the game But I saw it as a screenshot On the back of the box. Trust me you got to believe me.

@Dinoslay Dude, you're not going to believe this. I had an old nintendo Power magazine, but I forgot what issue it was. It had jurassic Park for the SNES, and it had walked through. And the map and everything, and it showed me a screenshot of the T-Rex Chasing you while passing through the visitor center. Crazy right. I saw it with my own eyes as a screenshot.

I remember finishing the Jurassic Park for SNES... it took me 8 and half hours. The ending was terrible, but the graphics and music are still great, so I'm still happy and proud I made it.

This was a very fun watch, tons of nostalgia for me....I have to admit though watching your SNES experience made me shiver lol. Keep trying that one! It's fantastic, and you haven't seen the coolest parts yet! HINT: Shoot those Gears on the fences and the fence doors open.

I was 12 yo when i got rampage edition i sent my dad to gamestore to pick up the original jurassicpark game but he brought this instead, at first i was disappointed to find out it being a completely different game from what i was expecting, but I loved it later on enough to be able finish it, it was easier compare to the other one. from that framerate to all of that batshit crazy stuff completely blew my mind. Good times.

I been following the announcement of this JP Collection and when i saw the game on Xbox immediately tried to buy it only to learn it's only for Series S/X... no Xbox One. Weird move, the game is even available for Switch and PS4.

@@CollectJurassic The way i understand it is that any game Developed for Xbox One should work right out of the box for Xbox Series. I think this must had been either MS or the developer choice. There's like 60M Xbox One consoles out there while not even 20M Series ones. Just a dumb move overall.

When this thing is on sale, it’ll be worth it. All the “Jurassic Park 2” games were made before THE LOST WORLD was ever written. I still love the SNES Jurassic Park the most. Then The Rampage Edition for SEGA Genesis. Lastly, The Chaos Continues, which was made by the same developers who made ALIEN 3 and its literally a reskinned version but Jurassic Park.

And yes you go to the east forest you'll get a message Saying that Alan Be careful Around the blind corners T rex is FREE!!!! A long time ago I had an old nintendo power magazine And It showed Jurassic Park SNES Where the t rex is chasing In front of the Visitor center I saw it in a Old nintendo power magazine as a screenshot!!!! One more thing If you use the game genie code called Walk through walls on Jurassic Park for the SNES Go to the east forest And go inside the gate And if you go where the T rex will come out If you keep going inside The trees With the game genecode called walk through wall You are actually fall into invisible Wall of water If used the Game genie code called walk through walls.

Let's not say these standard games have never looked better. They looked better in the 90s on a CRT. It is a shame they didn't include the Arcade games here as those are great looking games and would easily run on Switch.

Sound emulation has issues. Guns have wrong sound in The Chaos Continues. Where’s the fucking maps in The Chaos Continues? All games need more resolution options. Full screen is like playing the game in a vertical iPhone video.
