***** I've played more than one version, dude, including this one. Long before ever seeing an LP, too. I didn't have someone over my shoulder helping me. What I said is still true, my playthroughs have literally never gone this badly. It was entertaining, though.

Paw just fucking hates Gwydion's voice for some reason, as if someone who grew up routinely abused and mistreated is gonna be full of lofe and excitement. Kinda ruins it for me.

@@xFlareLeon Holy shit, this was 12 years ago?! Yeah, in hindsight, this (alongside a lot of videos in this era, Paw's videos included where he seems to maybe be a bit too harsh on KQ, but he's definitely softened since then) was a product of it's time where we were critical and snarky about everything different or weird (or in this case, an older IP getting a remake by fans). Having now played this game myself, it's good but very flawed particularly in the lore department, and there are things I like and things I don't. I don't think the voice acting for Alexander is that bad, but Paw is allowed to not like it. I was 19 when I first made that original comment. How time flies...

Paw just hates Gwydion period. Doesn't seem to realize that someone who'd grown up raised by an abusive, evil wizard would leave him soft-spoken and quiet with no great emotion in his voice.

The main problem with the scene of Gwydion singing is that the potion is meant to greatly enhance talent, and he doesn't sound that great. At least the Bard singing is played for laughs.

I love how time stops when Gwidyin is playing the lute, as if to torture you that Mannanan can't even stop you while you are playing, imagine if he tried. Mannanan: Gwidyon! What are you doing he- Gwydion: *singing...I guess* My pain is gone! Mannanan: GAH! THE SINGING IS SO TERRIBLE!!!! *runs away to the castle, accidently slipping down to his death* And that is how Gywidin became free...and how I discovered I can't spell a single schmuck's name correctly at all!
