Hey Ulandos during the start of the episode how your inventory was clear? My solution was just to keep switching between random morphs til it's fixxed works a lot of the time. Hope this helped

There are many different ways that error is caused, but in Uland's case, its caused by the enderpouches And its just a generalized error, there are many different causes and outcomes

T rex alien doesn't even look like a xenomorph and its not canon either. No flying queen and no flying huggers. The dracomorph will lay eggs, but its not _technically_ a queen, as in it won't make a hive

Octohuggers where in one of Prometheus's scripts, called Alien: Engineers, and created a new creature called a "belugamorph" But in Promtheus, they went with the trilobite instead, and it created a deacon, not a belugamorph. Uland has a video explaining the difference

River ghost was a deleted script in the movie Predator. It didn't get much screen time at all so it would be kind of hard to implement into the mod without much information.

I will give you some info about the river ghost: They are completely sentient and it is unknown what or where it came from. But one think we do know is that it highly resembles an insect or some sort of aphid. Due to the lack of facts the movie feeds the viewers, it would not be impossible, but difficult.
