I actually love watching them play this game. I don't care whether they're playing it "wrong" or "bad", it's funny and makes for a good watch.

Queen of Fandoms, there really isn't a lot of "wrong" or "bad" once people are familiar with how the game works, so you are on the right track. It has repeatedly amazed me how different two rounds will play out, how sometimes what seems like a terrible decision gets rewarded by good gear, a group that can be caught unaware or a favourable circle. And sometimes the logical choice get you murdered horribly. Speaking of "wrong" though, for those who don't know, buildings will shield you from The red zone, so don't run out of cover, through the zone of death like they did. That said, it's somewhere around 1 in 100 chance to get hit by an explosion in the red zone, so your likely safe to run out if you get caught in the open when it spawns around you. It also takes about 10 seconds to start once the circle appears.

I'm just referring to how in the live stream there were COUNTLESS comments bitching about them being terrible and playing the game wrong etc... I actually like watching them learn how to play the game themselves.

For sure, I didn't mean to sound like I disagreed, I just have noticed that there is a general expectation of perfection in the comments that you're speaking of that we both know isn't fair to expect from our heroes in Austin, or most people. And yet random stream viewers who likely dont have the game get all opinionated on what right and wrong is. The greatest fun in these guys playing a game more than once, especially one that requires team work, is watching them try, fail, learn, try etc. that said, I can see how people get flummoxed, this "run screaming from the red zone" thing is.... Irksome. Ryan quite obviously didn't die the last time, logic should say it isn't a guaranteed lethal, but if I wanted logical gamers, I probably wouldn't have watched these guys for 5 years...

In case anyone from AH reads this. During bombing you can stay in buildings, avoid windows You can split loot, believe its control and right click hold alt to look around and not move body. When looting its faster to press tab and drag items into inventory then to keep pressing F and wait for animation to do its thing. Loved the video, hope to see more.

I'm pretty sure the audio is off in the game. It's really common for these games to have gun shots come way after. The audio is off in a way that wouldn't make sense for it to be an editing mistake.

You do realize that was probably just lag in general. If you notice this game isn't exactly optimized and didn't happen for the rest of the video so it wasn't the recording but the raw footage was the issue. Otherwise it'd always be 1-2 seconds off for him.

Just as an fyi, in the Alive counter you all count as individuals, but you can finish as a team because you count as one place in the results. Hence why the number of living people dropped drastically as AH got taken out but the whole team counted as #2. Since Trevor died right away but the other guy only got knocked out, it's likely the other person was his teammate. I think you don't die immediately unless your team isn't alive to revive you. Seems a lot of KZbinrs have trouble figuring all that out.
