I don't really know the whole "why it does it" but every time Gavin sees wet soggy bread, even if it is just a picture, he start gagging. They even made a video where while they were in the middle of a game, someone soaked a piece of bread and came up, and slapped it down on Gavin's desk in front of him and he started gagging horribly to the point that he actually left the building and ended up flopping/laying down in the parking lot. Even in a video where he and Michael were doing a PlayPals in the game I Am Bread, they were trying to move across a sink as a slice of bread and fell the water and just Gavin had to almost step away form the controls. Come to think of it....same think happened with their VR The Champions segment where they did the VR Job Simulator as a chef and Michael started filling a sink up with bread and turning the water on while the others were watching him play. Wet bread is like Gavin's Kryptonite.

There's this one Prop Hunt map that I've done a lot, and there is a torso on a table (Zombie Torso). Myself and four people became the torso, and were able to avoid the hunters. It was awesome.

I know you said you realised it was a fan, but this map is definitely designed as a prop hunt map (there are small holes which only small props can go through), so the water bottle was probably scripted to move, so it would trick hunters.
