That soapbox racer episode is famous in our family. Apparently when I was 6 my dad let me watch the show (thinking most the jokes would go over my head). When Bart crashed the soapbox car I started crying b/c I thought it was sad. I wasn't allowed to watch the Simpsons for years after. I'm 27 years old and I STILL have never lived it down! :P

lol, yeah, I noticed in yesterday's video that Edna wanted to go to Skinner's house, if this game was made today, she'd probably want to go to Flanders. I do agree about the relationship between Bart and Skinner, I think the episode where Skinner got fired and Flanders was hired to replace him captured their understanding perfectly. Also, I do agree, this game has some really weird psyhics, they're fun to mess around with in sunday drive mode, but in the main game they can really screw you over

Homer: Ooh! Floor popcorn! Not to mention how the voice clips get repeated VERY often, and the characters have very few actual lines of dialogue that seem like they're really interacting. Mini-rant: I hate how Skinner acts over Edna and Flanders, because he left HER at the alter. He had his chance, and he blew it. Wow, that trick you showed off was really thinking outside the Box Factory! Wocka wocka! 9:43 I'm sure Bart was just venting his frustrations.

Makes sense. I honestly don't remember everything about the show, so that kind of slipped my mind, but I still don't really like how Skinner's hung up over the issue. I mean, I still like Skinner as a character, I just don't like how he's reacting to Ned and Edna's relationship. And I like Edna and Ned together, because it let's Edna get shown in a more kind and caring light, and poor Ned was without a wife for how long? But yeah, it's been too long man, we gotta talk sometime soon.

I was disappointed when Ned and Edna got married too. I preferred Edna with Skinner (or even when she was single because her lines were pretty funny) because Ned would NEVER remarry after Maude. He loved her too much.
