Another blooper Margreth? 😂 Love your giggles when you’re embarrassed sweetie. You make me giggle. These glossine bags are so brilliant and pretty. I love the little flowers. I want to get some for myself. I crocheted years ago and I can’t get my loops at the same tension for the life of me. Oh well. Lots of wonderful people to make some for those of us who can’t. Thanks so much for showing us Daisy. She’s so adorable all curled up girl!!! My hubby and I rescue cats and dogs and have 3 indoor cats and many, many feral and from next door who come for treats and food twice a day. They’re our kids since our son is in his 40’s and doing his own thing. Nothing like cuddles from an animal who their world revolves around you. I luves my babies. Awww Daisy Mae!!! I love her! She's very vocal! I have conversations with my cats all the time. I say "I know!" to them, but in fact, I do not 🤭 (Yes, self-proclaimed crazy cat lady here. I was normal 2 cats ago). Giotto isn't readily available in the US, so while you can order it on Amazon, the shipping from Europe makes it outrageously expensive. My favorite glue stick is Elmer's X-Treme. Which I was shocked to learn is Julie's [Camelia Crafts] as well! I tried Scotch Create on someone's recommendation but I *DO NOT* like it. It's very ... stringy. Nope. Not for me. Love the juxtaposition of your bags. The "feminine" flowers with the "masculine" cigar bands. 💙💙

I just bought an aqua brush and had the same trouble opening it. My husband twisted it the opposite way, and it opened! Good luck! Love the video!! ❤

Yet another great make! Love them. The aqua brush has a reverse thread - twist is the ‘wrong’ way to open. How do you keep Daisy and Jackson off your desk? When I’m crafting if Tang wants to speak to me he likes to sit on whatever it is I’m working on!

Daisy usually just stays in her own chair, and I had to give Jackson his own desk 😂😂😂 and a piece of paper he could tear up. I am not even joking 😂

Try turning the brush in the opposite way of normal unscrewing. Sometimes they are threaded backwards of what we are use to. Great job on these.

I had the same problem with my brush. I had to get a rubber gripper for opening bottles and it felt like I was almost tearing it, but I got it open. But really, I like your solution better :) , Also keep using the brush on napkins. the first few times I did, it was a hot mess, but now I can get it neat and in the first try. Thanks for sharing. I hope you are your husband are feeling better.

I love it! Especially the one with the crochet flowers 😍 I usually use Pritt Stick and it works great for me, but lately I tried a green Pritt-Stick, I thought the green would disappear, but it does not, now I have some very green collages 🤣

Enjoyed this project. Just in case no one else has mentioned it, water pens typically turn counter clockwise. I always have to remind myself. Also, recently used Bearly Art glue for the first time. I like it, very comparable to Art Glitter Glue but it gives you a few seconds to move if needed. Doesn't have the same issue with being shipped in cold weather. I'm good with either one though I do love Art.

When I was young I hated playdough and finger painting. I've always used rubber gloves when hand washing anything. 😅 I just don't like wet, goopy, sticky substances on my fingers. As I've aged I've had to use lotions on my hands, but I use disposable gloves to put lotions on anywhere else. Lol it's that bad for me. I watch others do things wothout a thought of how it feels, and they just blithly continue on with stuff all over their fingers and hands [shudders...the horror!]. Sure glad you can teach young ones to enjoy it.

@@oheck5570 it was adapt or do the chores anyways...lol not liking the touch of water, soapy and with bits of food touching the hands was looked at as 'just an excuse' to get out of doing the dishes. My mom figured out that I really had an aversion to stuff on my hands when I would do clean up (had gloves at that point) rather than knead the bread dough, biscuit dough, work with rolling out cookie or pie dough, etc.... as I loved cooking and baking except that part. I'm a bit better at getting past my shuddering these days and thank heaven for dishwashers in newer homes. My mother would have loved one when we were all young. It would have been more dependable! lol

Lovey water brushes open backwards to everything else. Pretend that you are closing it and it should open. It is made like that so it doesn’t open when you are using it and ruin your art. Lovely project. Blessings from Canada 🇨🇦

I think this project was very nice. I guess I prefer the more cutesy type things and just love your collection and assortment of napkins you have and i love the decoupage project you did with them. I think it's too late here to order Art Glitter Glue here then. November 1st the weather changed rapidly and around 5 pm started raining which a couple hours latter turned to ice and snow and by the next morning there was about 10-12 inches of snow and lots of accidents. Because of the ice underneath it, it was extremely difficult to shovel. That night it snowed another 10-12 inches of snow so all the shoveling i did was a waste. This time I just cleared enough to be able to open the door and made a small path down the steps and a bit of the sidewalk. It since has been snowing on and off almost nightly since and yesterday we had the temperature go from +2C down to -28 very quickly. Its now very cold here in central western Canada. The kind of weather that makes a person just want to stay in and eat a bowl of hearty hot soup. It was very nice warm ish weather before then.

Leuk , decoupage op Glassine bags! Ik heb echt alle lijmsoorten uitgeprobeerd door de jaren. Art glitter is erg duur om naar Zwitserland te sturen, en op zich al duur. Na héél veel soorten geprobeerd te hebben heb ik een superlijm gevonden . Die werkt als Art Glitter , plakt alles onmiddelijk, ook stof en zo. En hij is spotgoedkoop ( 1.50 of zo voor een flesje) ! Collal alleslijm (de doorzichtige) Echt , het zit direkt muurvast. Bij Aliexpress koop ik die kleine flesjes met een heel dun spuitmondje , vul ze en gooi ze weg als het flesje leeg is ( kosten ca 0.20 cent p.s) Lijmstiften ook allemaal geprobeerd, helaas (net als bij lijmpistool laat het na een paar jaar los. Behalve......tromgeroffel.....TOMBOW professional 39 gram stiften . Journals die ik al jaren heb , het blijft goed. Wat een verhaal, sorry.
