I often wonder how it must sound to a Russian speaker when cases are used incorrectly. I suppose it must be like saying 'i going shopped on groceries todays' or something. Thanks for the lesson, very helpful! Спасибо большое 👍😎

@@techtinkerin Indeed! Very interesting thought and I like the example you gave. People will probably understand it but it would sound like a little kid speaking. And since cases define the role of a word in a sentence, using them incorrectly might cause quite a misunderstanding. You are very welcome!

At 24:52, wouldn't день рождения be in the prepositional case?

@@danhk96 Here we use the accusative case, not the prepositional. One of the usages of the accusative case is in expressions related to time (Мы не учимся в воскресенье. ; Через пять минут конец урока. ; Брат приехал на неделю. ; Здание построено за год. ; В среду в два часа жду тебя в гости.)
