Prickly pickled cucumber recipe:
We soak 10 cups of prickly cucumbers in cold water for 6 hours. With the help of a kitchen sponge, we wash the food clean. We cut the front and back parts thinly and throw them away.
For a 3-liter glass flask:
Cucumber approx. 1 kg 800 gr
Horseradish leaf-1 pc
Seeded fennel - 2 pods
1 hot pepper
Cloves-3 pcs
Black pepper-1 teaspoon full
Razyana-1 full teaspoon
Coriander seeds 1 teaspoon full
Parsley-4 sprigs
Garlic-6-8 cloves
Bay leaf-4 pcs
Salt 2 tablespoons (Iodized-free, pickled salt, Himaly salt is better)
1 teaspoon of 70% sugar-free
For a 2-liter glass flask:
Cucumbers are about half full
Horseradish leaf-1 piece of medium size
Seeded fennel - 2 pods
Green hot pepper 1 small
Cloves-2 pcs
Black pepper-1 teaspoon whole
Fenugreek-1 teaspoon full
Coriander seeds 1 teaspoon whole
Parsley-4 sprigs
Garlic-6-8 cloves
Bay leaf-3 pcs
Salt 1.5 tablespoons (Iodized-free, pickled salt, Himaly salt is better)
70 percent sugar-free 0.5 teaspoon
For a 1 liter glass flask:
