MANGO ARABIAN PUDDING
- 750ml milk
- 1/2 cup sugar (or as per your taste)
- 3-4 tbsp custard powder (vanilla or mango flavour)
- 3/4th cup mango purée (blended fresh mango)
- Bread (without the edges)
- Chopped fresh mangoes
- 1 cup Fresh cream
- 1/2 can condensed milk (milkmaid)
- Chopped dry fruits of your choice
Take 750ml milk and let it boil. Then add in sugar and custard powder. Let this cook until nice and thick.
Now let this mixture cool down completely, and add in the mango purée mix this well and keep aside.
Take a few bread slices and cut off the edges.
Take a dish and line in the bread slices and pour in the mango custard mixture over the bread slices. Add some chopped fresh mangoes and repeat the process Chill this in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
In a separate bowl, make a mixture of fresh cream and condensed milk. Pour the prepared, fresh cream and condensed milk mixture on top of the assembled bread and custard pudding, finish it off with mangoes and dry fruits of your choice.
Let this refrigerate for another 2 to 3 hours and serve this chilled.
