I agree about the cupcakes I am not going to buy them either anymore, the price is ridiculous! My new tradition is the free Prosecco for being Platinum with the all hands on deck plate, #heck yes!,#chillaxing. I like your vlogs because you are so real! #Tattinger tangent, #make it happen, #potatoes for life. Thanks for another awesome video!

It does look like DCL has either temporarily or permanently discontinued the cupcakes, so I guess our new tradition is free Platinum Castaway Club Prosecco and an all hands on deck cheese plate too! We love sharing highlights and glad you enjoy them a lot too! 😍

Looks like such a fun day. Now I realize we aren’t the only ones who do laundry on vacation! 😅 Brandon, I thought I was the only person who doesn’t like strawberries lol

It was a fun and relaxing day! 😍 Laundry is never our favorite on vacation, but being gone for a week & 1/2 and trying to minimize packing, it was definitely necessary. Glad we're not alone in that! Brandon is also glad to know he's not the only person not who's not a fan of strawberries. 🤣

We also do laundry when we cruise. I like to take my own supplies though. Can't wait to see your Germany videos. Thank you for sharing everything.

Lazy Sunday! Fun fact: when I was watching the Lazy Sunday video there's a part where they're in a theatre, in a box seat, rapping and I jumped up yelling "that's my box! I have pictures of me wearing a wedding dress in that box!" Lol. I guess they filmed in the New Amsterdam. Speaking of Lonely Island... do you also sing "I'm on a Boat!!" every time you board a cruise ship? Because we're always like "I've got my swim trunks! And my flippy floppies!" This day was so lovely and relaxing to watch!

Also.... It's be years since I've had it and I love it and always assume there's meat in the broth and if I ask about dairy they'll look at me like I have 3 heads because cheese makes up 80% of the flavor. YAY!!

@@FiveHungryTravelers We've only encountered one sailing (right after Covid re-opening) where it wasn't a veggie broth based soup (Brandon was SO sad when he couldn't get it that sailing). It's such a good version of the soup! You NEED to get it! 😍

Hahaha!!!! Love that we're not alone in our love of Lonely Island songs. That's so cool that it was the same theater from your wedding! Now we're gonna have to watch that video. And, we don't sing "I'm on a Boat" when we're on a ship, but we 100% without fail sing "Jack Sparrow" at least once per sailing...especially if we're at Castaway Cay. 🤣

I also was challenged on the dream this summer. Not sure what the issue was but there were a few close calls. It might be because of going into drydock soon or just because it is over in the European countries.

This is going to seem like a silly question, but how did Sarah order the Halibut lunch with rice? I tried ordering something like that & they kept bringing me steamed white rice. Was there a specific phrasing you used?

Not a silly question at all! If you're dairy free, we find that steamed white rice will be the default substitute if the rice option with a dish has dairy in it (a good example is the grouper from the Pirate menu that has dairy in it). If you're gluten free, most of the rice options are good to go (but of course always ask). If you're DF, our biggest pro tip is to ask / pre-order in advance and let them know you specifically want something like the yellow rice I got with the halibut. That dish is marked GF on the menu, but the rice sometimes has dairy in it. I usually try to be as specific as possible (sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't). Hope this helps!
