So nice to see familiar places! Miss the nurseries for sure I took cuttings from the neighbors willow so growing my own. It's pretty hot here but usually it's not as humid as it has been lately. I still work outside in the 100's but it's short bursts. I thrive in the off seasons though when temps make it possible to garden through most of the spring fall and winter. I look at the hot times as miserable as the soggy gray that got too much for me in Washington. Don't get me wrong there is a great deal of wonderful in the PNW! I miss many things. But I've adjusted for the most part to the heat and weird fluctuations in weather. I love seeing your videos!

Ginny, I’m glad I could bring you a little taste of home! :) I know a tiny bit of what life is like for you in Texas . I spent my childhood in Oklahoma and Arkansas and I well remember the summer humidity. Your description of working in short bursts is pretty much how I get my gardening done here, even though it’s relatively cooler. So nice to see you here! And thank you for the encouragement! :)
