factory reset/clean install windows 10 on your pc bro and only get nessacary stuff

Clean install (it will get rid of OEM software).

I did a clean installation of Windows 10 on this computer five years ago and it still works well now, there's no need to do it again. But yes I should delete some unnecessary stuff.
