Hi Nakshu, u can add pumpkin seeds along with cashews after soaking in hot water. This ways it looks more creamier. One more tip is to add Anardhana seeds (dry pomegranate seeds) in the tadka and Kasuri methi at the end if you like it to enhance the taste.
