It Ran Amazing, Other than my fault for not jb welding the two Water outlets on the back of the head, One of them would Spry out Fluid when we are at temp an under Load an RPM, I seen Fog on the clear cover an notice some had gotten in under mag cover,, ( Break up on the Ride Home ) Cleaned an dried out when got home,,, Next time im putting ultra grey on cover an gasket,

Got to love the cheap air cooled China 47 mm stuff. Good job on the build. Couldn't see the air filter. But the mellosi air filer that wasn't the e-8 killed mph on every motor I tested them on.

Its my cheap liquid cooled 50cc, I had lost the red filter on first test ride to the stop sign an back, an some mother fucker picked it up so i had to take it off blue bike, It is a mallosi filter but it want be on here long ill be ordering another cheap filter from the net 👽👍🏻

@@Littleevil9975 I thought I had answered you, Thanks Evil The Top end kit without top lid is $57 to the door an the top head you can get around $10 - 20ish bucks, I was able to get discount on fist kit not much think I paid $51, These parts shipped from Germany, (EBAY) pipes are cheap, pump is cheap but Great, rad was $40 an only used 1 of them so $20, The Battery is what ill be purchasing next week $$ around 50 or 60 + for a good battery tho 👽👍🏻, Its Cheap enough that it makes it possible for anyone can build it, 🛸✨💨💨💨💨

Congratulations sweet build how fast were you taking her up to just curious she sounded awesome what ratio are you running and are you using a window piston. PS I windowed the athina piston and I was talking to DJ banton and he has a few athina engines and the vm20 carburetor from Gomax that is a district bolt on to the cast iron minaralli it's a little rich for the athina so I just windowed the piston she runs like the cast iron minaralli without heat limatations cold seizes anyway nice build what temperature she get to

Only went 44mph in Video, Motul 800 @ 36/1, Kit came with a Window Piston, Ive never herd of someone windowing an Athena but don,t mean it doesn,t Work, Nice Job Mike 👽👍🏻

@@Op1zilla it works and runs awesome just took it on a test ride the clip was all the way to the top I need probably 1 size down in pilot jet big jet fine and she didn't have a lot of low end power so when I pulled the head after a few hundred miles she was black so I tried a cast iron minaralli piston a hair taller I would have had to add spacer shims and I did it didn't work as good as either one so I remember I heard a window piston gives you more lower end torque so I windowed it clip was all the way to the top and running close to 300degrees hell my cast iron doesn't get that hot so instead of making 2 i'm not that skilled and lacking tools for that precise work I went with a rectangle oval I figured with the skirt and the window should work thank you Jesus it did dropped the clip from top notch to middle notch went from 300 degrees after getting on it down to 250 same run running 32:1 might have to call myself mikey science lol nah I'll leave the speed demon for seleay science he's good I came around the corner today beautiful girl Riding a e scooter on the wrong side of the road tried to avoid her by going to the other side so did she then she over compensated and down she went I was polite and told her she was on the wrong side of the road in Texas if your walking you walk into traffic if you are a wheeled vehicle bicycle scooter wagon you drive like the cars on the road do anyway I know it's different from state to state and this is a army city people from everywhere gotta stay on the alert when riding or driving in this city

@@mikemiller3303 Athena get Warm but did u cut you'd skirt open I would cut it all the way out so you have better flow by the spacer to Boost port, can't member if you painted your case but it will hold more heat also 👽👍

This is not a bike setup you want to mess with everyday, If your looking for a daily Just build an Air Cooled engine, Less to mess with, An Air cooled setup is the best bet for everyday , A proper tuned an setup Iron cylinder with be all you need an will last a very long time,, just buy a real carb an not some China Junk Carb 👽👍🏻

Do you know if anybody sells 12mm piston needle bearing centering shim i guess you would call them like the 10mm piston pins have to prevent side to side movement in the crankshaft connecting rod?

@@Op1zilladamn ! I can only get 30mph on my66/80cc with a 40 tooth before it 4 strokes , 38 mph on the 32 tooth and 40 mph on the 36tooth. seems to not have the power to hit 40mph on the 32 tooth. stock with a dolphin pipe and silencer.

@@Op1zilla not yet, i bought a window piston and Dio reed valve but I plan on widening the ports before I install them, all the videos on reed valves I watch show a decrease in power when installed without post work, so I plan on it soon. i definitely need crank balancing too because it vibrates bad at top speed.

@@Paul_Gale get oz reed from cdh it's better an takes up less space, easier to mess with than a dio, I stop putting windows n my piston after I found out with testing that if I did a 3rd transfer that I made just as much power, an a boost port to go along, ☝️👽
