Dear Dr Shefali, Its really true... we are always in spiral of getting external validation... I should look beautiful for myself...and beauty is that we are maintaining our body in a clean and healthy way.... we are having clean and healthy thoughts for myself and all others around me...whatever bit I can do I should do to make this world beautiful or atleast leave the planet as clean and beautiful as I received it when I was born.... every day..I listen to your talks and read ur books and in last 2 years I can see a visible change in myself as how I behave with myself and others.... Thanks and Kudos to you...Great work...you are genuinely doing your bit.....love you...

I would only disagree with the order of who is harshest on us. I’d say men started it, society breeds it, and it is passed on and down in families. The mother’s obsessing over themselves and their daughters soaking it in. The daughters go to school and date (further reinforcement) and then, as cycles do, it repeats. Sad after a pandemic that this is still a hot topic! Love your work- thanks for using your beautiful powers for good! Xoxo

Dr. Shefali, I just came from one of your other videos and was honestly about to comment that you're absolutely stunning! Although admittedly, I figured you would call me shallow and psychoanalyse me lol. But it was interesting to hear that people have been picking your looks apart.
