What I started my healthy life over a year ago was intermittent fasting with low carb diet. Started pushing back my eating window to only 4 hours. Just start skipping breakfast with only 2 meals a day. That means no calories for 16 hours only 2 meals within 8 hours no snacking, you can have black coffee, tea, and no calories drinks in your 16 hour fasting window also sleeping counts in fasting window. Just eat low carb diet and you will be amazing what intermittent fasting does to your body. Also give intermittent fasting a month because your body is full of sugar and fat. Start watching videos of intermittent fasting and low carb diet. Hey 👋 I love my body weight at 121 lbs for 63 yrs old I living healthy and feeling good. My exercise is lot walking and elliptical but exercise only contributes to 20% and the rest is your food intake to lose weight. Good luck 🍀

Keep it simple Markus. It’ll be easier to stay with it. Maybe just change one small thing each week, and then add another, like Atomic Habits.
