Figured I would recommend "If You Touch My Little Brother, You’re All Dead" Basically MC is Isakied"into a BL novel and she keeps being reset back to 16 whenever her brother dies over and over again who would have originally been the main character of the yaoi. It's pretty darn hilarious.

I've actually been sucked into this trope too. But it was mainly because I kept getting short recommendations on KZbin. And to be honest I think I've read so many that I can't even remember the first villainess manhwa I've ever read. But to name a few. 1) Today the villainess has fun again 2) The Tyrant's only Perfumer. 3) The villainess flips the script 4) Beware the villainess 5) A wicked Tale of Cinderella's stepmom There are many more but these are the ones I'm most interested in at the moment.

I have a ton I could recommend you, since otome isekai is my favorite theme right know! I'm always on the lookout for more and it also started with "My Next Life as a Villainess: All Route's Lead to Doom!" for me, like it did for you (although I must say nowadays I find this one a rather boring one, in comparison to all the other options out there). Okay, my must read recommendations are: 1) Death Is The Only Ending For The Villainess (THE BEST!!!) 2)Endo And Kobayashi's Live Commentary On The Villainess (a bit different, as it is not a real isekai, but I would highly recommend this to you) 3) I'm An Opportunistic Princess In-Charge Of Solving Things 4) Miss Not-So Sidekick 5) The Villainess Falls for the Notorious Noble Like I mentioned I have a lot more, so if your out of something to read, write me up I can recommend more ;)

I highly recommend The Abandoned Empress. The story revolves around a girl named Aristia who was raised to become the next empress. However, a girl in strange clothes suddenly appeared (THIS girl was the one isekai'd) one day, and the prince fell in love with HER. Aristia is eventually killed, and suddenly wakes up seven(ish) years in the past as her young self. At that moment, she decides to try and change her future so that she doesn't waste her life for a role she'll lose, and tries to avoid the fate in store for her. It's a bit of a darker story. The first couple of chapters are especially brutal. But holy crap it's so good. I spent an entire day reading it and couldn't put it down until it was finished. I cried so much. This story is absolutely amazing and it's the second story I got sucked into, and the first I ever finished. 10/10

Raeliana is one of my favorite, I love how well rounded the story is and the fact it actually explains why everything happened in the first place. I believe the first manhwa I read was abandond empress, not an isekai but a back in time story. Its completed, not too long and I rather enjoyed it.

I would recommend "Beware of the Villainess!" to you. It's impossible to not love Melissa. It's quite Meme heavy and has a lot of following. There's even some hints that it's getting an Anime, though I don't know how true those are.

Works I enjoy 1. [I Became the Male Lead’s Adopted Daughter] This one is of a girl who gets adopted by the male lead and it turns out that they are actually related. Sort of Comedy. 2. [I Shall Master this Family!] This one is of a girl who goes back in time to try to save her family from falling and also has a romantic relationship with one of the Princes. 3. [Marronnier Farm Near By The Imperial Palace] This one is of a girl who loves farms but gets one inside the property of the Imperial Palace. 4. [The Villianess is destined to die] It is similar to When the Villainess loves as the mc also reincarnates as the villainess but in this one it still is kinda like an otome game where she has to raise the affection levels. I've seen this recommended in the comment section already but I think it is really worth the read. 5. [The Villainess is a Marionette] The mc's first life is that as an idiotic princess who doesn't really know the ways of the world and ends up being killed by the brother she loved and took care of. After her death she is reborn into the "modern" times and has a moderate life until she dies again. With her second death she reincarnates again but now back into her first life a few years before she was killed and now she sets out to live her life differently. I find this one an interesting read and the art is absolutely gorgeous. My current pfp is actually taken from this story. I also think this is worth a read as it is one of my favourites. The love interest also sometimes acts like a cute puppy when it comes to the mc. 6. [The Villainess Turns the Hourglass] I recently re-read this and it about this girl who was plotted against by her step-sister and was killed. She turns back time to a few years before her death. She finds a broken hourglass on her bed, this hourglass can be used by her to turn back time by 5 minutes once everyday. She sets out to get revenge against her step-sister and she also meets the crown prince who she ends out helping and developing a romantic relationship with. 7. [Beware of the Villainess] Mc reincarnates as the villainess of a story. She befriends the original heroine. The original love interest aren't as lovely as that might've seemed to be. They are actually all quite trash like. The mc also picks up the wolf guy who's the love interest. Him and og heroine frequently fight over our now mc. Together the three of them "defeat" the og love interests and live out their lives. Is also sort of a nice comedy. 8. [Please Don’t Come To The Villainess’ Stationery Store!] After being kicked out of her family she sets up a stationary sort of store and sells all sorts of items. She also awakes this totally powerful guy and he ends up falling in love with her. Multiple other love interest also seem to pop up left and right. This is a lovely read on how she lives out her new life and tries to cut ties with her ex-fiancé and family. 9. [The Real Daughter is Back] Mc learns that she is actually an illegitimate child and her mother was a maid. The duchess learns how her real daughter is out there somewhere and tries to find her. Mc works hard to try to get affection from "her mother" Then one day, the real daughter appears. 2, 3, 6, 8, 9 aren't quite an isekai but are historical themed Alexis_#6741 Im putting more discord so I can have some new friends that have the same interest as me and bothered to see up to this far. Surviving romance is such an underrated manhwa, while it’s not an otome nor even a romance (yet?), it is an amazing isekai female lead story. Just the opening arc got me all hooked. It’s a bit upsetting though that I can’t share it’s plot because of spoilers. Still highly recommend reading it!

I accidentally stumbled on this video and im honestly surprised that Manhwa is not getting a lot of recondition as it rightfully deserves. The artists do absolutely wonderful works for every single page (my personal favorite visually are 'The Villainess Is A Marionette' and 'Solo Leveling'( not isekal villain genre by it's very gorgeous in it's own right)). A lot of those manhwa existed way before the My Next Life as a Villainess came out as anime, but they only got noticed recently. I hope to see more of those lovely manhwa get animated ( in excited for Raeliana manhwa to come out as anime soon, i flipped out when i saw it on My Anime List)

Typically, I chase down the light novels, manga, and anime for any story that holds my interest as each medium is unique in doing something that the others can't. One series that's grabbed my attention is Otherside Picnic, which is not isekai but otherworldly.

I had also recently gotten into the genre, it's so bad because my best friend is so done with me talking about all the kinds that I have read XD Anyways, here's some recommendations! 1) The Villainess Flips the Script! - this is relatively new so it is not completed as it has 47 chapters but it's so funny! I love the dynamic between the characters! The premise is this the FL dies from getting hit by a car and is transported into her favorite novel which happens to be a dark revenge story. She is reincarnated as the main character's aunt who was abusive and dies rather quickly. To prevent her death she tries to change her attitude. However, even though this happens the story isn't going as she remembers! 2)The Little Lady Tames the Leads - This one is so wholesome and adorable. It is also relatively new as well as it has 58 chapters! This follows the premise were the FL is reincarnated as a side character in her favorite novel. The only difference is that we don't know much about the novel only the romance and what is going on is being set before the novel happens by many years as they are in "preschool". It's so cute as she tries to befriend all the main characters while being a kid. I love how everyone is drawn and how colorful the comic is. 3) Precious Daughter of the Greatest Martial Arts Villain - This one is not completed and is at 70 chapters but has a sweet deal on Tapas by being able to unlock a chapter after every 3 hours. This one is so cute! We don't know much about the FL's previous life but she is reincarnated into the villain's daughter. It's so cute and the art style is gorgeous as we slowly grow up with her and see as her goals change throughout the story. 4) The Villainess's Days are Numbered! - I love this one! This one is also not completed but it does have 80 chapters. The FL is technically reincarnated but also not, in the beginning we come to understand that she dies in her previous life and meets the demon king. She makes a deal to live the rest of the life of a lady that had also died at the same time for 6 months and marry the guy of the previous body's owner dream before dying. The demon king will then give her a second chance at life back to her previous life. The only catch, she can see her health bar and everything lowers the bar. It's so funny and interesting, I highly recommend. 5) I Fell into a Reverse Harem Game! - This one is on hiatus so not finished and at 74 chapters. This one is completely different from the ones I've recommended but is still really good. I stayed up late reading this manhwa. The FL is reincarnated into this game as the villainess, however she does not know anything about the game or what is going on. This game is slightly dark and does imply a lot of sexual themes. Not only is the FL reincarnated as the villainess but someone else is reincarnated in the game but as the MC within the game. The game is like cat in mouse where the FL tries to outsmart the MC and not get killed where the MC tries to kill the 'villainess' of the game in order to get the ending she wants. 6) Who Made Me a Princess? - This one is completed on Tappytoon but is still continuing on Tapas at 69 chapters. This one is highly recommended, especially since it will be animated next year in 2023! This ones is so interesting as the FL is reincarnated in a story she last read where she is the second daughter to the emperor, however her character is destined to die at 18 by her father. This is because in the book another daughter is revealed (The MC of the novel) and is treated lovingly by the emperor which is something the other daughter never receives. As the FL is reincarnated she tries to avoid the emperor in order to live a peaceful life without death. This story has a wonderful twist and is just played out beautifully as well as the art work being absolutely beautiful. 7) The Perks of Being an S-Class Heroine - This one is not completed at 30 chapters and it is so cute and funny. The FL dies an early death so she meets these transmigrators who help reincarnate them into novels to live out their life as a sorry for killing them early. The FL wants to be reincarnated into a lovely child growing up novel with romance to be easy. However, she gets transported into an S-Class novel which means that it is difficult to live in and does her best to live a normal life with the help of some perks given to her for living in such a novel. 8) Villainess' Reprisal Boutique - This one is so good and interesting, it's not completed and has 25 chapters but it is really good. The FL is reincarnated into one of her favorite novels, despite not liking how it ends, as the villainess daughter. The only thing is that she doesn't know anything that will happen because she is born after the story, however there was something fishy about the story and her mother as well as the MC of the original novel so she tries to find out the truth at the school her mom had went too during the novel with the MC's daughter. 9) Villainesses Have More Fun - This one is on hiatus so not completed but has 40 chapters. This one is so interesting because the premise is the FL is reincarnated into a novel as the villainess who is married to the crown prince. However, the crown prince is having an open affair with the MC and the FL doesn't want to deal with it anymore and live her life in luxury as a powerful person. This is so cute and funny, I absolutely love it and can't wait for it to come back as it's interesting since the MC isn't as she seems. 10) Villains Are Destined to Die - This one is not completed but does have 108 chapters and is currently being published on hard copy. This is interesting as the FL is reincarnated as the villainess during hard mode as it's set before the novel starts and she does her best to survive. I will say she is more on the darker end as she does manipulate the characters a lot but it is interesting and also highly recommended among the community. 11) Into the Light, Once Again - This one is so interesting, it's also not completed and is recently going to be coming back from hiatus on December 3 with 46 chapters about to be 47. This one is so good as the FL dies from being accused for attempting to kill her little sister. Although she pleads to her family about her innocence they don't believe her due to their favoritism for the little sister. She's executed then born into another family- same era and everything, she grows up with a loving family now and tries to find out the cause to the accusation and the truth behind her little sister and the poisoning. 12) Becoming the Dark Hero's Daughter - This one is not completed and is on hiatus at 40 chapters, but it's so cute as the FL is reincarnated into a novel as a side character. However, she side character dies young by a serial killer. When she remembers this she ends up telling the main character's father who the killer is and ends up getting adopted by him. It's so wholesome and I love the art style! I can't wait for it to come back! 13) Not - Sew - Wicked Stepmom, also known as I'm Just a stepmom but my daughter is too cute (I think) - this one is not completed at 71 chapters but it's so cute as the FL is reincarnated into the story of Snow White (slightly different) as the step mom. However, she's reincarnated after marrying the king and becoming the step mom, this is her first time being a mother as she tries her best to change her life outcome and loving her daughter so much that she tries to make her live a better life while also changing the king in the process. This is so cute and funny while also being interesting, I highly recommend it! 14) The Archvillain's Daughter - in - law - This recently when on hiatus at 38 chapters, but it's so interesting and the art style is absolutely wonderful! The premise is that the FL is reincarnated into the the ML's first wife's body after her parents death and the betrothal of the ML. However, her character is destined to die young as she has a disease that is slowly killing her. Sadly, after her death her brother comes back with the cure while the ML marries the FL but ends up getting divorced. To prevent this from happening she does her best to cure her disease while also thinking of ways to flee the household so the story can continue without her character dying. However, things slowly begin to change as she knows the plot. - I'm getting tired as can see from the descriptions lessoning so I will now say the name and how many chapters if not completed- 15) Flirting with The Villain's Dad - 110 chapters (not completed) but has a deal with 3hr wait time 16) My Ray of Hope - 43 chapters (not completed and recently went on hiatus) 17) The Antagonist' Pet - 118 chapters (completed) 10/10 love it and recommend! one of my top fav's 18) The Rewards of Marriage - 39 chapters (not completed and recently went on hiatus) 19) The Villainess is Retiring - 32 chapters (not completed and recently went on hiatus) also has a deal with 3hr wait time 20) The Villainess is Retiring - 43 chapters (not completes) has a 3hr wait time

Ohhh, ohhhhhhhhhh. I don't even remember what manhwa/manhua/novel/etc. started my love for this genre (maybe it was naruto isekai fanfiction) but I read TONS of manhua, manhwa and manga about reincarnators/transmigratos/etc. By the way, didn't know that Doctor Elise ended, I think I'll try to reread it to see what the end was. Sooo, about the recomendations. I have a pretty specific tastes but if we go with more light manhwas I'll reccomend to read Miss not-so-sidekick. It's pretty funny and the romance is cute. And the female lead is just cutest and funniest thing. Also I really like the drawing style. Ohh, i remembered one manhua I read. I don't think I'll be able to remember it's name but it had a VERY cool artstyle. By wich I mean it looked kinda like a traditional chinese paintings with people having charming round faces and smooth body lines. It was about a girl transmigrating into an ancient china-style romance simulator into the body of a "villainess" - I think she was the main councibine or something. I loved the style so much and the story turned out to be very interesting. It's a shame I can't remember it's title. Returning to korean manhwas the beast tamed by the villainess is another one of my beloved. Though I would not reccomend it if you don't like: yandere, angst, a bit of torture, when main character suffers etc. It's interesting but you'll be able to enjoy it only if you like stuff like this. Seduce the villain's father is also a very good one. Mainly for those who want something a bit unusual in this genre. Cute fevale lead, a detective plot and of coruse a bit of love struggles since the situation MC finds herself in is not so simple so that it can be all rainbows and roses. Ohh, what else I read? "Of all things I became a crow" was an interesting one. It seems to be less cruel than the novel but it's still very interesting and funny. MC, as you can see from the title, is reincarnated as a crow in the otome game she played. And it leads to some hillarious moments when her human side gets taken over by the crow's instincts (like liking shiny things for example). "The one within the villainess" is also something you'll probably like if you read a lot from this genre and want something unusual. It plays on the cliche's of "reincarnated into the villainess" genre in the begining and makes it so that the MC here is the villainess, who was watching a reincarnated girl live in her body for several years. Villainess liked the reincarnated girl (not in a romantic sence, sadly, but whatever) so when reincarnated girl was betrayed by other game characters and broke villainess decided to get revenge on them. It's VERY interestin I recommend. "Holy grail of Eris" is kinda from the same category. It's not really about a reincarnation from modern day into the romance. It's about a real (for the world of the manga at least) villainess noble woman who got executed some time ago (it's a common trope for villainess stories). She dies, becomes a ghost and then meets our MC - pure and naive girl that doesn't really know the ropes of high society (a very cruel high society I must say). MC is the only one who sees the villainess, and when the time comes and MC is being humiliated villainess decides to help her by possesing her body for a moment. This story concentrates on the mysteries connected to the life of the villainess and her story while also giving MC a very good character development and story arc.

I did..... Exactly what you did. I have burned through so many villainess gets reincarnated manwahs. My current favourite is probably "The way to protect the female lead’s older brother" Followed by Beware the Villainess and the Villainess lives again.

Unfortunately, due to a lack of imagination on my part, I can't read these mangas - or any manga, for that matter. Whenever I try, it feels like I'm trying to read a storyboard. But I'll be very much interested in all of these if they're ever turned into anime.
