let's talk about Isha's struggles and schools

Hi, I am not expert in this but what I did in two kid’s situations (2 month old and 4 year old (on spectrum) was during my pregnancy I started pairing his dad with my son and his therapy. He started sleeping, feeding him, taking him to park, bathing etc (my son is on severe end of spectrum, high support needs) and faded myself down, knowing I would have baby to take care of. I didn’t wanted my child ti suffer because of newborn arrival. Me and my husband sit at night when kids are sleep and discuss my son’s day, his challenges, his wins etc. We also sometimes switch roles where my husband would take care of baby and I would be with my son. Taking your example: when avika takes toys away and she looks at you to see what you respond. I would pick following options whatever fits you: 1. Ask Isha what should I say, “ask avika to give toy back to isha or “as isha to share the toy”. If she picks share toy, I can time the toy it is with avika and then give for same time to isha. This should fairness 2. Sometimes as parents when are neurotypical does something wrong we give them timeout. Example, if baby poops on diaper, I would say “baby (my 2 month old) if you poop in diaper you will get timeout by his brother. Firstly my son felt in charge as big brother and when I would ask my 4 year old should be give 2 month time out he would protect his brother.

Trying explaining her in detail what you are feeling and instead of “Give it to her for a while”. These kids are very logical need explanation for everything.that works every times.. You need to explicitly try to make her take care of her.. she should have ownership of her little sister.. going forward she will start bonding automatically..

Mam please start homeopathy for Isha as soon as possible. It will definitely give results. I have told u earlier also about it. For depression, anxiety it is effective. Mind matters over body. Due to mental health, she may suffer body pains n allergies too.

Adolescence mein already itni confusion, mood swings hote bacho mein + nu sibling adjustment thoda waqt lagta.. I cn understand ur situation mam - my elder one 12 yrs Neurotypical & younger one is 8 yrs Neurodivergent.. Dono ke sath time balance karna muskil as most of time elder one feels left out bt if u try to engage them games ,daily routin wid both - bondin achi banegi...

Mam mera beta sb 6 years ka complete hua hai...uska grade 1 me noida ke achhe bade formal school me Addmission ho gya ...wo usme inclusive nhi hai ...pure 6 hours school me rhta hai..pura work complete karke laata hai... Pahle mujhe bahut dar lgta tha..ki kaise formal school jayega...but ab sab aasan ho gya... Isliye hme try jarur krna chahiye..😊
