Muhammad to be honest your performance/marks in bachelor's should not stop you from trying to study in germany if you really want to. There are a lot of paid vocational courses that you can pursue. Dude, the advantages are plain and simple especially if your moving from a third world country . More money, better opportunity, civilised nation in terms of infrastructure all round, less corruption, multiple women ( I mean look at Nicklesh, he's a proper pimp, he's bangin several women on the go.
