Just because they have listed terms doesn’t make them legally binding. Some of these are actually against the law (at least in the US) and wouldn’t hold up in court as some of them actually break consumer laws. Even if a user agrees. -Changing items or not delivering after a purchase as advertised -Removing items (such a pokecoins) after a purchase -Not refunding or compensating after canceling a paid event -Searching through a device without explicit permission to do so -removing the ability the sue or take part in a class action suit. I’d imagine there’s actually going to be court cases over these terms.

This isn't the only concerning part in the new ToS. The part where they state they can and will go through your privately owned device. Take and use any data they want from your device. Then sell said data to ANYONE!!! anyone.... its dangerous to kids, the US, and individuals.

The rate went 3.8 😂. The developers making 4.0 rate fake 🤣. People quit this game and delete the app 🥲 Lots legit players uninstall this game . Lots of spoofing nation still hacking game and they can’t banned by niantic. Literally it’s worst ever this year 2024 at Pokémon go community. They can delete your game without Noticed.
