So it looks like you will have only the introductory videos for the grains explorer on this channel. All the recipes will be on your private subscription. Would you consider one recipe a month on this channel? I loved the bread challenge from last year. Thanks for all the work you do!

@@GrainsandGrit - technically, popped sorghum could be called a recipe, I suppose. But I too would appreciate one real recipe to help cement my understanding of the grain presented. I'm not quite at the full granie bunch level and since I'm only cooking for one - I already have enough on my plate, so to speak. I have been milling my own FMF for about two years and basically only make breads and pastas. My propane oven doesn't work but I have started using a Ninja Foodie along with my bread machine. I'm basically in the Red, White and Rye (and milled popcorn, for some of the best corn breads I have ever had) fan club, so far. Thanks for sharing all you good info.

At about 12 minutes; at my health food store, Natural Grocers, I saw a bag of sorghum pearls. On the bag was written to use like popcorn!

Grain Sorghum = Milo Sorghum syrup comes from cane Sorghum, which is not the same plant as Grain Sorghum. Cane Sorghum is more related to sugar cane. Grain Sorghum my have hulls.

Grow this last year,made syrup out of if. Had to simmer for a long time but it’s good.

Is sorghum the same thing as red milo?

Ah! Sure enough! Milo is sorghum. They typically call it "grain sorghum." Ha! I somehow missed this fact! Thanks for sharing :-)
