I'm Bangkokian, Eventhough I was born here, I don't drive when going anywhere around center of of the city. I don't want to suffer traffic jam, severe PM2.5 and changing of trafic regulation many times a day. Thanks you for visiting our country.

Temperatures go down to 16 Celcius in the winter nights/mornings in Bangkok, much lower in the northern provinces.

take the motorbikes on grab or bolt. Way less expensive (like half the price), faster and it pretty darn safe if a Thai is driving the motor bike. First couple times I took them I was a little intimidated, then I realized these people have been driving motor bikes / riding motor bikes since they were like 5 years old.

We all know it’s controversial to frequently visiting 🇹🇭 since lots of Westerners go there for the wrong reasons! A former neighbour of mine (Canadian) was caught after coming back from Bangkok ! He went there for sexual tourism ! I remember a travel agent saying we should be aware of single men who frequently travel to 🇹🇭 😣 that was a decade ago Not sure if it’s still the case tho 😬

Thailand has 70 ethnic groups, and the biggest Chinese diaspora in the world. I wouldn't call the nation homogenous lol

During the colonial period, Thailand was the only country in Asia that had never been a colony of America or Europe. Due to the ability of the Thai kings, Thailand was able to accept Thai culture but was not good at English because they were…Because Thailand is not forced to study English.
