Great feed! Studying for my next ride. This may be it, but.. how much do I sacrifice for times that I may run flat water rivers/lakes run/camp? I mainly want to run 2/3s and flats; occassional 1-2 night camp trips. I'll be talking to whoever I can find that deals them but man, this was a great vid. btw, running Georgia/SC/NC/VA/WV/PA/OH
