The truth is if you only get to connect with a friend once or twice a year, that’s no longer your close friend. There’s someone else that you’re connecting with more often. As adults we neglect friendships in the name of high vs low maintenance. But we make time monthly to get our hair, nails and waxes done. That’s several hours. One hour a week or every two weeks, even once a month… to catch up with ppl you care about is not excessive. If it were, we would also not speak to our parents or siblings for months. It speaks volumes about the value you place on a relationship when “life” only gives you time to check in every couple months.

Love how you answered these questions. Personally I cannot have needy friends either, we don't need to communicate daily but when we catch up, we just pick up where we left off. Totally agree with you on the moving away from the safety net forces us to grow up real fast! Also, I definitely wanted to be your friend in real life because of your personality on KZbin, so as a subscriber turned friend, I can attest that my opinion on you was spot on, you are the same both on and off screen and I love you for that😘🤎
