In this episode I will talk to Graham Fenton, one of the most charismatic frontmen in the rock 'n' roll scene. As lead singer of Matchbox, he enjoyed multiple chart hits with "Rockabilly Rebel", "Midnight Dynamos", "Buzz Buzz A Diddle It" and more. He also writes a column in the british Vintage Rock Magazine and has recently a solo cd recorded featuring Darrel Higham and others.

I am on the cover of Rockabilly Rebel The picture was taken at the South Gate Royalty London summer 79 for the Record we were there to see The Polecats Matchbox were great Musicians l saw them many times far back as 1976 The great Harry Hemel Hempstead when they were promoting their First LP Rider's in the sky l think their best Album was setting the woods on fire 🔥 1978 last time l spoke with graham Fenton would have been 79 The crystal palace St Albans Herts UK last time l saw Matchbox live would have been The Ovilteen Kings Langley Herts UK on the whole my memories are all good within that period lastly l am proud to be on the cover of Rockabilly Rebel cheers 🥂 Steve s.
