I loved this video. I work in HR but maybe I should call it people & culture because I am similar to you in that I really enjoy being there for my client groups, supporting their development and ensuring we have high engagement and retention. I just left a DEI role for 3.5 years at my company which I loved but now I’m back in a HRBP role supporting three large functions so it’s never a dull day lol. I agree that HR is lonely! It is so important to have a village that you can be open and vulnerable (safe space). Thank you for making this video and sharing your path. I may do a similar video.
