It was Bart's fault that their Christmas nearly got ruined! He got a tattoo at the mall after Marge told him no. Then she had to spend all the Christmas money having it removed! I'm surprised that the tattoo artist took Bart at face value instead of asking him for ID! In real life, the tattoo artist can't legally give Bart a tattoo until he is 18 or has written consent from a parent or guardian. I do love the ending where they rescue Santa's Little Helper after being thrown out by his owner! As Bart stated, it was the miracle that saved their Christmas!
