LET'S TALK THEFT ✨ Yapping with Peachy

A few pointers I would like to make since my yapping may misconstrued *some* topics! Most creators who I have talked to (it's been quite a few now) that have "stolen" or taken inspo from me have been VERY sweet. I didn't talk about them in this video because I didn't see a reason to. We all live and learn, and I wouldn't want myself being judged off of one simple mistake, so why would I do that to someone else? The points I brought up only included 4 instances that I felt comfortable talking about, that is it. I didn't use creators names out of respect, so please don't speculate. If I have the energy and proof, I will go to them maturely and respectfully with a request for them to evaluate their uploads. Otherwise, it's not my place. Sure, I can be a little irritated with it, but nothing I can do :) Not everything that is similar to my content is stolen. When SWEM released, there were SO MANY creators! I would reshare, watch videos on stream, and just hang out with new creators to hear their ideas. So I want to make a point that when I use the words "few", I quite literally mean few. Only a few creators stole from me in the Minecraft area. I am open to hearing questions and requests for inspo! I don't want this to scare away viewers from asking simple questions or connecting with me for ideas! Thank you for being respectful in the comments, as always!

Don''t worry Peachy, when I bomb their house I'll be sure they can't trace it back to you! ♥♥ But I'm very glad you spoke up about this, I've wanted to make a vid about this for a while, but it's so difficult to talk about this without directly menionting people. And like you said, where will that get us? I love the fact that you mention that 'inner circle' and the fact that you make a point of saying that the people with a smaller subscriber base also have a voice. I HATE when smaller creators get bullied, it's far too common in the SSO community. I've had my work stolen ONCE and it was a pretty shocking and upsetting experience, to go through that so many times must be beyond frustrating. I hope the RP community takes this to heart ♥ Great video! Thanks for sharing, peachy! I'll go get some price ranges for a proper bombing so long ^^

I love your yappy videos!!! Im a small creator on youtube with only 228 subs , its just for fun, about my dogs adventures. The world has gone nuts theses days, thinking they can do what they want with no conserquences. Which is dumb. Anyway thanks for your time and fun videos! When it comes to "drama" or something going on in the game or community and I feel others may talk about it, I go out of my way to avoid their videos till mine is recorded or even uploaded so my opinion doesn't get swayed or to avoid subconscious wording something the same as others cause I don't wanna accidentally steal, it is a lot easier since my content is discussion/update and not RP but I always worry I might say something along the lines as another creator and people will think I stole it when in reality I don't watch anyone till my video is recorded. It sucks theft is so common across the bored I think it comes down to greed and laziness, people want to get their bag without much effort and as a creative person by nature it sucks so hard to see, specially if people are getting more views or likes, or support compared to the original poster. Such a shame. Also love the intro and outro so pretty.

I hope I have never come across coping anyone, my videos come from my heart, they way I think about each and every story in my videos, made me cry, why I don't know I think that's why I don't like copys I like creating a story that touches another persons heart. through emotion. some times it works out some times not. but I am not a pro, :) and you can yap as much as you want your fine. just remember only your work is yours, I know making videos is not just cut and dry it take everything you have inside you into each and everyone.

This is one of my biggest fears as a small content creator for horse games. Like you say it’s such a small niche and I try really hard to create my own original content and take inspiration from things outside the horse game niche. I don’t watch many people bc im worried that I’ll be influenced by what they put out but esp with sso update videos for example, I’ll make a video and then watch other videos after to make sure what im putting out is 100% original and my own thoughts and it still ends up being similar to what other people have put out or said and it’s really frustrating.

This is something I did talk about, similar topics will almost ALWAYS seem too similar because everyone is doing the same thing. I wouldn't worry about it too much unless it's a carbon copy! :)
