I have it for 3 months and here are my issues: when I want to end a call my proximity sensor doesn't work and my screen remains black, so the other person should end the call. These days I just shake my phone and it lights up. It's the same when I open a voice message in Messenger - black screen until the message is over. I again shake the phone to fix it, sometimes it works. Also the touch sensitivity is tooo strong, when I scroll down KZbin comments I accidentally open a comment, and it happens often, it's annoying. I cannot fix that. Also the camera in lower light is not good - I cannot read a text on the other wall of my room on a poster. It's almost the same in the day light. I'm not satisfied with the camera. I installed GCam and it's the same. My old PocoF1 makes better photos with GCam than 10 pro. Also when I'm on loudspeaker or when I send a message or record sounds there is some background noise that is so annoying even if I'm in a quiet room alone. When I shoot a photo of a close text it blurs the edges and only the center of the photo is clear, I couldn't fix this. Overall I'm gonna sell it and stay with my old PocoF1 which is still perfect in performance, camera, battery life (1 day of hard use - at least 7-8h SoT). On note 10 pro it's 9h SoT, when I use dark mode, always turn on battery saver, light on 50%, and only WiFi on. It doesn't heat up except in direct sunlight. Also my side fingerprint sensor is working 60% of the time.

1- The gallery doesn't have a "Search" feature, whatsoever 2- Rebooting the phone ALWAYS resets your favoirote/most used apps on the top half of the app menu screen 3- Choosing a new notification tone (e.g.: for WhatsApp) opens up the entire gallery instead of showing proper ones, without an option to preview the tone 4- Some applicatons (namely FB Messenger and Snapchat) use the phone's default notification tone instead of using their own signutre tones 5- It's buggy while using the FB Messenger, where the loudpseaker won't work sometimes or the Video chat working for the first 5 seconds and then disconnecting permanently 6- Many notifcations arriving very late or only appear once you open that app 7- The caller ID won't work instantly if you're using a 3rd party app (like trucaller) and it disappears completly if it's disabled 8- Flipping the phone doesn't snooze the alarm 9- The screenshot feature is very much lacking, compared to any other Android phone 11- The new UI update doesn't show the number of received notifications for the individual app (e.g.: Number of messges recived from WhatsApp) 12- For some reason, this phone (or Android in genral) hates Instagram! a. The only reaction you can apply to a DM is called "Like" and it displays a heart b. Reels freeze if you scroll kinda quickly and the audio keeps going c. Using the "try effect" for filters doesn't work at all

@@aaronpogi2413 Exactly. If I close my phone, then open it up, it's back to near total darkness... I just downloaded the 12.5.3 update tho. I'mma see if it's still going on. I got the latest update, but heard battery performance isn't that great. I really wouldn't know yet because I haven't had the chance to use it for a day yet. I'm in the states n ordered a global unit which metro by T-Mobile doesn't support. Hears the crazy part. A government issued sim card, which T-Mobile is the carrier for does. So I've been paitiantly been waiting for the sim to be shipped to me...

I have the 8gb RAM version. You'll experience the flickering or its obvious if you put your phone in a low brightness settings. It happens when i go to additional settings - gesture shortcuts then press/go inside any option there. I dont know what's with that section of the phone but the screen flickers whenever i go in and out the options from additional settings gesture shortcuts. Also happens when i am chatting in bubble head of messenger while watching a video here in YT (like now). Quite annoying though since i always put my phone's brightness to the most minimum (sagad) and only up to the right edge of the brightness (left icon) icon from the brightness bar. Edit: After typing this comment and the video is paused, when i tweek the brightness, the screen is flickering. I dont know if it's a bug or what. Hopefully it gets resolved. For battery draining, i tried several RAM cleaning apps and i found KeepClean works well. Addtl: Flickering happens at 120hz frame rate.

@Adolf Hitler yessir, 60hz no issues. Pero napansin ko after nung huling patch mga ilang weeks ago, parang nawala na yung flickering kahit 120hz. Kasi ilang weeks na din ako nag 120 ulit (after nung patch) and wala na akong nakikita ngayon kahit naka 120hz.

@Adolf Hitler wala naman siyang issue sa heat unless naglalaro ka ng games sa highest settings or pag madami masyadong apps sa background. Pero pure social media like fb, ig or twitter, no issues.

@@nightmares5119 sorry for the late reply. Yes meron pa ring flickering. Checked other articles from India, inaknowledge ng Xiaomi India na it'll be resolved by software update soon. Pero till now meron pa rin. kung hindi ka pa nakabili pero still juggling in buying one, ok pa rin naman para sa kin yung phone. I love the camera. Good for photography and video as well. My three most recently videos in my channel as of this time was taken with my phone. 🙂

Hi - I've experienced the screen flickering issue and not yet sure if software update had fixed it. The most strange sting I experienced is sometimes my phone will suddenly shut down on it's own out if nowhere. i can still use it though after pressing hold the power button. Just want to ask if you already have the 12.5.6 update and how was it? Any bugs?

Crackling sound when using bluetooth speaker and true wireless earphones... I even had to return my newly purchased JBL flip because i thought the speaker was defective. Later i tried on the other speaker and TWS,the crackling is still there,and whenever i switch using my iphone,the speakers were fine.

The screen flickering at 120hz is still there. You will notice it on grey screens. Not so much on black or white. But yeah, still there.

Bro someone in the comments found a fix. Turn off adjust text and background automatically in dark mode in settings. Now no flickering

Issue to cast on tv when I want to cast and select LG UF640V just think a little then this model disappears! I mention that with the other phones brand it works, or with my old model Xiaomi redmi 9 it worked all the time, I never had any problems! And this new model connects from time to time but very rarely( the GPS ,and wifi and mobile date,and bluetooth was turn on always when I try to connect )

What I hate about this phone is data connection. Imagine I had two redmi note 10 pro recently. I had 6/128 and 8/128. The same problem is globe data connection. Kaya binenta ko na. Maganda Sana kaso napaka stressful Ng data connection kapag NASA loob Ng bahay. Pero kapag ibang phone at globe gamit, okay na okay Naman data. So masasabi ko ISA SA main issue Ng redmi note 10 pro is data connection. Sana maayos nila. I'm using Poco X3 pro 8/256 now. So far so good

I am appalled how bad camera is! IAt least when doing photos of the receipts for work. Text is so blurred and all taken in a good light. I used Redmi Note 9 before and it was better than that. Funny fact is that I only upgaded with a hope of a slightly better camera. I am afraid after this experience that probably will be my last Redmi. Very disappointed.

@@Sheikh_Saleem I've also considered buying it, but after doing a lot of researchs I don't think it'll be possible for me, cause there's a lot of comments about the battery draining drastically, and about the imui interface that is laggy and stuff, it's true that the phone is a beast (in paper) compared to other phones with the same price, but like I said I see too much complaints about it, so it's a no go for me. Hope you'll like it if you buy it tho !
